What hours do you work?
Daniel is available at the following times each week:
Monday:........10am - 8pm
Tuesday:...... 10am - 8pm
Wednesday:..5pm - 8pm
Thursday:..... 5pm - 8pm
Friday:......... 5pm - 8pm
Saturday:..... 10am - 2pm
Sunday:........not available
How can I pay?
You can pay for your treatment in cash, BACS (online banking) or PayPal. We also take most major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
Do you do outcalls?
Yes. As we have to factor in travel time and costs, our fee for this is from £200 depending upon how far away from Woking you are.
Are you qualified?
Yes. Daniel has an ITEC qualification in both Holistic (Swedish) massage and Indian head massage from the Nature Care College of Complementary Therapies in Guildford. He has a diploma in Advanced Massage from the Nature Care College of Complementary Therapies in Essex.
When Daniel was living in South Africa, he qualified as a Shiatsu Massage practitioner at the School of Head and Foot Reflexology. He also has a VTCT qualification in Sports Massage from West Thames College in London.
After obtaining a degree from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa, Daniel moved to the UK. In 2008 he became a full-time Beauty Therapist.
Daniel has a VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Wax Depilation from Omni Beauty Academy in Walton-on-Thames. He also studied with depilatory specialists Perron Rigot in London and Basingstoke, Hampshire. Daniel has been practising since 2009.
How do I get to Woking?

Are you insured?
Yes. We are insured against the (highly unlikely) event that you are injured during a treatment. Our insurance documents from Balens Insurers are available for you to inspect if you wish.
Are all my details kept confidential?
Yes. When you arrive for your first appointment we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire about your health. Please allow extra time for this. All your personal details, including contact details, are completely confidential. None of your details will be passed to a third party.
Do you play music during a treatment?
You have a choice. We can play background music or relaxing sounds. Each therapy room has an iPod with a wide choice of soothing music or sounds from nature (for example waves, surf, birds, a forest, tropical rain or a thunderstorm). Alternatively, we can treat you in silence if you prefer.
What if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or don't show up, you will still be charged the full treatment fee. All our therapists except for Daniel have to travel to work here. It isn't fair on them if we can't pay them for their time. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, we are happy to re-schedule your appointment for free.
Can I book an appointment for today?
Yes. Some people book a week or more in advance; some people are looking for an appointment on the same day. If you are looking for a same-day appointment, you may find that the times we have available are much more limited.
What happens if I am early or late for my massage appointment?
Please do your best to arrive on time but if you are a few minutes early or late for your appointment, don’t worry. If you are early, we have a waiting area for you to sit in. There is free Wifi.
How do I get in contact with you?
You can email through the Contact Page, you can call on 01483 779997 or text on 07902 716499. You should get a fairly swift response between 8am and 10pm.
